DROZDOWSKI ONW-3 combined tool grinding machine/sharpener

For grinding and sharpening of plane knives, circular saw wheels and moulder tools.

By grinding planer knives the knives should be fixed and the grinding wheel is moved manually (by hand). At grinding of circular saw wheels and moulder tools the grinding wheel is fixed and the turning (passing) of saw wheel and moulder tool happens manually.

DROZDOWSKI OS-2M universal saw grinding machine

For grinding of steel saw wheels, frame saw blades and saw bands; also appropriate for straight and tilted teeth-bands. This machine is used for sharpening the frame saw blades and after using the additional equipment it can also sharpen the circular and band saw blades.

The sharpener can grind the rake angles of the carbide tipped circular saw blades. The sharpening process is semi-automatic, meaning that the first lowering of the grinding wheel to the saw blade is done manually by an operator, and then the teeth are being sharpened automatically.
