DROZDOWSKI OSW-5 A, OSW-5 AX automatic carbide tipped circular saw blade sharpeners

The sharpener is used for sharpening the carbide tipped circular saw blades in an automatic cycle.
Quick and easy operation of the machine as well as wide range of the sharpened tooth shapes makes the machine very functional. The electronic module enables to program the quantity of the sharpening cycles and then the sharpening is stopped automatically. Electro pump ensures the right cooling of sharpened tooth. The OSW-5AX model is a little more functional than the OSW-5A one when sharpening the slanting clearance angles up to 45 degrees. As for sharpening the rake angles, both models are the same functional.

DROZDOWSKI OSW-5M manual sharpener for carbide tipped circular saw blades

The sharpener is used for grinding the carbide tipped circular saw blades in a semi-automatic. The working feeds are made by hand by an operator with the use of a lever. When the grinding wheel is coming up to the sharpened tooth, an automatic clench of saw blade follows what enables to use the big surpluses on grinding. The sharpener can be additionally equipped with the electro pump for cooling the sharpening cycle and with 24V lightening.
