Pellet production systems

In hungarian

Most common energetic solution is the pellet: D=6-8 mm, length 20-40 mm, pressed on high impression, cylindric pellet. The binder is the natural lignin from the wood, no synthetic binder needed. Pellet is fully environmental-friendly, while burning away no harmful emissions.

Description of pellet production:

The infeeded chips are delivered by a take-over system to the machine line (1). From there material is getting into the chips- and sawdust silos (2), which are equipped with a roller conveyor (3). They forward the material to the sifter and post-chipper units (4). First two HPS-sifters process the 0-12 mm, than 12-50 mm and than >50 mm fractions. Than the 0-12 mm fractions are delivered to the wet trimmings silo (5). The 12-50 mm materials get into the HAAS hammermill.

The milled material gets to the sifter. From there chips are forwarded to the double-band drier (6), where water condition of 55 % is decreased to 10 %. After that procedure material gets stored in the dry-material silo (7). From here material is dosed into the pellet press with two fine hammermills (8). The produced pellet after cooling and sifting will be stored in a pellet silo (9). After delivery gets the material to the automatic pellet packaging line (10) (big-bag or pallet packaging) or to the automatic track-loading system (11).

Our company is serving clients with compilation and acquisition of full pellet production systems. Know-how results of our professional and proofed partners, engineers and assistants in our country and abroad.
