By combining these special machines you can reach a capacity 500 pallets/month up to 10.000 pallets/months. These machines are easy to improve, adding a new machine is never a problem. Start with the smallest machine and if your business is getting upwards you can just add further IM Hart machines and you will be able to fulfil all customer expectations.

Kombi-Flex R-1000 is a standardized and flexible pallet nailing machine.
Within just a few minute adjustment is done, changing to a new type of pallets is very easy. This is also forwarded by the standardized and changeable fixtures. The basic version is with manual infeed, as the most IM Hart machines, and many options can be adapted. The dimensions of pallets can be changed easily too and there is also a possibility to adjust the shape of pallets (within limits).
You can rebuild R-1000 into a machining line with Kombi-Flex R-1000 2 and SMS-1000 pallet assembly machine.

Kombi-Flex R-1000 2 standardized, hydraulic and flexible pallet nailing machine.
With manual infeed similar to R-1000 but with blocks and boards in the left leg fixture. This machine can also be equipped with many options and can use many of the special IM Hart tools even if bought for a different IM Hart machine.
This machine you can put in line with other IM Hart machines: R-1000 and SMS-1000. A proof of flexibility is that you can use this R-1000-2 as an SMS-1000 machine too if there are complete legs available.
This machine contains of two parts: of a leg fixing and assembly part, for operation two operators are needed (manual infeed). First machine nails the legs after that the complete pallet.

A PSR-1000 is a very reliable stacking machine. It makes the automatic production much more efficient and effective. For PSR-1000 no operator or helper necessary. Machine works very smooth. But not only for ready pallets, also for stacking semi-machined material.

HKR-1000 is a corner cutter machine with incredible easy fine-adjustment. Automatic machine. Machine stops pallet in the adjusted position and two fast moving saws cut the first two corners. Chain conveyor puts pallets to the next position where the two rear corners will be cut.

IM Hart offers also a chamfering machine: MFRA-1000. Cutterheads follow the width of the boards in the interval of 75-150 mm automatically. This machine can be put in line with other machines.
Rolls press the pallet down while the 6 cutterheads process it. Changing to a new pallet type: by pressing one button, very fast and motorised process. Knives are also easy to change.
