For crushing and volume reduction of waste wood, railway sleepers, cable drum, plastics, films, all kinds of waste, demolition material, etc. Slowly rotor rev: 0-40 U/min. If strange material under infeeded material, one rotor stopps and restarts only if strange material removed. Two shafts are controlled separately. There are no cutting tools needed, machine works only with special rotor, which has to be renewed – depending on stand of counter – only one or twice a year. Capacity: ca. 30-100 t/h depending on type of machine, material, humidity and used screen dimensions. Outfeed with conveyor or conveyor with magnet metal separator. Outfeed material sizes: 0-350 mm, 0-200 mm or 0-100 mm. Machine production according to customer needs.

Use for the following materials:

HAAS HSZ hammer mills

For the production of chips for chipboard industry, pellet and briquette industry, biomass.

Infeed material: waste wood, green waste, shavings, moulding shavings or saw dust, oversizes after screening.

The high-power HSZ hammermills are very suitable for all kinds of chipped wooden material, but these can also be used well for diverse bark, bio waste, mixed waste pre-chipped with HDWV. All machines are tailor-made, produced according to customers wishes.

Advantages:

• insensitive to foreign parts because of swinging tools
