VacuEasylift vacuum lifters: for panels, sacks, sheets, boxes and much more

VacuEasylift is the original vacuum lifter, lift and lower, rotate and tilt loads using vacuum.
VacuEasylift is a manual vacuum lifter, which handles almost all types of loads. There are models for lifting sacks and boxes, sheet wood and metal, panels and much more. The extremely smooth and quick operation is accomplished by using the same handle to lift, lower and release the load and by using the vacuum to hold and lift the load. Based on a unique concept, VacuEasylift has been developed into a versatile system for simpler, safer and more effective lifting.

VacuEasylift is a thoroughly proven system meeting the highest standards of functionality and safety when lifting sheets and panels. The suction foot holds the load securely in place with a safety factor of 2,5. The rubber gasket compensates for any irregularities in the surface.
Lifting panels often involves moving from a horizontal to a vertical position. An angle adapter with a handle is used to turn the suction foot 90 degrees. Loss of power does not cause any problems. If there is a power cut, a safety valve shuts down and the load is lowered to the floor gently and under complete control.

Panels are moved from one work station to another. A vacuum lifter can be installed in an overhead system to simplify the transportation. The system is easy to install and adjust to suit the requirements of most industries, an investment that pays for itself quickly.
Steel sheets are fed into a filmcoating machine with the help of a vacuum yoke. The number of suction feet depend on the dimensions of the sheet. Vacuum is used to hold and lift the load. A swivel rotates the lift tube through 360°.

The suction cups used to lift glass and wood panels are chosen based on material thickness, weight and surface finish. A yoke with two adjustable suction feet is often an effective solution. Our suction feet gaskets are made out of natural rubber and designed to fit every application.

Optional remote control has quickly become a frequent request allowing the operator to control the vacuum pump without leaving the operating area. An angle adapter can be used to lift the box from the side and place it horizontally. The operator lifts small, heavy boxes (e.g. containing screw) from the packaging line and onto the pallet. The side lifter is used when the top of the object does not offer sufficient lifting surface.

Lifting sacks manually is extremely heavy and our sack lifter is very often used to avoid this type of manual work. Our suction feet are designed to handle all types of sacks. A rubber skirt is attached to the suction foot to compensate for any leakage if the packaging material in the sack is very porous.

360 degree rotation of the suction cup makes it easy to position goods without straining shoulders and back. This lifting aid is used in the packaging area. Boxes of varying size and weight are moved from the trolley and onto pallet.
