WRAVOR horizontal band saws

The Wravor types T 1000, T 1100, T 1200 are mainly recommended for higher requirements (and middle-capacity) sawmills. These are also with high-tech Hitachi electric system or full hydraulic available. Common features are the strong frame robust body, the wide-band cut work, the fully electronic control. The timber-carriage moves basically on a 12 m rail-track. There 2-3 logs can be fixed and cut in the same time. The lifting of saw unit (adjustment of cutting height) and the infeed are motor-driven. Basically the control desk is mounted on the saw carriage from here operator controls all operations. The carriage has a seat moving together with the carriage itself.

The capacities below are only for information, actual capacity depends from type of wood, type of machine and options, etc. and moves in average between 18-30 m

WRAVOR T 1200 PROFI "NB" horizontal band saws

These machines are the highest quality and strongest machines from Wravor: T 1200 PROFI NB. Even stronger, robust frame (e.g. 1200 mm diameter hardened iron band leading wheels), wide-band cut device, fully electronic and hydraulic control. Average capacity in one shift depending on wood type, machine type and options and much more is ca. 25-45 m
