Q: I do not find any prices on the site.
A: It's not your fault, there aren't any. :) Ask for them at our sales assistants!

Q: I still can not use the menu on the site.
A: Read the Site Info.

Q: The group of … machines is disappeared.
A: Perhaps we reorganised the menu, please use the site map or the search engine to find the requested machine.

Q: I do not find the … machines. Are you not selling them any longer?
A: Yes, we do. But on our new web site there can be still some machines missing. If you find such deficiencies please send us an e-mail.

Q: Videos are stocking sometimes. Why?
A: Videos are mainly PAL videos, for playing is min. 1,5Mbit internet connection necessary.

Q: Sometimes the site does not fit into the screen, sometimes I have problems with the menu itself.
A: Minimal resolution recommended: 1024 x 768 or higher. If not possible push the button F11 for full screen.

Q: I am using Windows 95/98, the site does not work.
A: Install Internet Explorer 7 or use Mozilla Firefox 3. On Windows 9x the site is not tested.

Q: I am not using Windows operation system. What should I do?
A: Under MacOS Safari can display this site. Under Linux use Mozilla Firefox 3 or Konqueror.

Q: I did not find answers for my questions here.
A: Do not worry, write an e-mail to info@csiba.hu. Describe your problem and we will try to solve it.
