ERNST 810 contact sander machines

The model 810 is a sanding machine with one wide belt sanding unit and two brush heads. This model typically is used for laquer sanding in laquering lines with feed speed of up to 25 m/min. It also is used for a fine veneer sanding of pre sanded parts, directly in front of laquering lines. The type 810 is available in Simlex and Duplex execution, which incorporates 2 pressure beams in one wide belt.

ERNST 850 sanding automat

This model is a belt sander too, same as model 810 but widely recommended for feed speeds ofe 25 m/min. This model incorporates 2 wide belt units and 2 brush heads.

It can be used with three different wide belt configuration, depending on end product. From the three wide belts one or two are electric controlled with grooved press beams (SIMPLEX or DUPLEX). For fine sanding of veneer or lacquer.

ERNST 820 sanding automat

The model 820 is a heavy duty cross and widebelt combindation with one cross and one wide belt unit designed for mid range carpenters and smaller industry. It enables the user to do all in one machine: Veneer sanding, lacquer sanding and calibrating. The cross belt is the key to a perfect wooden surface.

The cross belt sands absolutely evenly independent of soft and hard Wood zones. Fibres are cut and not only pressed down. Glue percolation, paper tape and hot melt from the edges is removed without clogging the abrasive, as the wide belt does not get in contact with it and the cross belt is weared evenly, as it works perpendicular to the grain.

The Wide Belt: can be choosen of 3 different executions:pressure beam: In this case, the wide belt is working with a electronically controlled segmented pressure beam. All types of veneer and lacquer can be sanded perfectly in one pass at a maximum feed rates of 16 m/min.

Duplex-pressure beam: In this case, the wide belt is incorporating electronicallysegmented pressure beams. This technology achieves result that former could only be donewith 3 head sanders. This execution is designed for feed speeds of up to 24 m/min.

Combined Unit: If calibrating of solid wood is a common application, the wide belt incorporates, a calibrating drum and an electronically controlled segmented pressure beam.The calibrating drum can be switched of for veneer and laquer sanding.
