The turnstile press consist of a welded stand with bearings to setting of the rotor with three tables. Spring collets with a pressing device and a thrust bar are adjustable fixed on each of tables. The rotor is locked in the required positions by means of a pawl and a torsion spring disk. The thrust force of the bars is induced by a hand lever with an eccentric. The press power is induced by hydraulic cylinders fed by means of the globular cocks by the electric hydraulic aggregate. The spring collets can be operated by one cock or 2 - 3 sections of collets can be used separately. Each section is operated by a separate cock, independent on the other cocks. It makes it possible to glue several boards of various dimensions on one table at once.

The operation is very easy and quick. After the thrust bars have been swinged away the working surface of the table is free for inserting the lamellas with the spreaded glue. The table with the lamellas is covered with the thrust bars. The thrust force is induced by a lever with an eccentric. The thrust force is adjusted to the required value by rotation of the screws. It is not usually necessary to change the adjustment if the thickness of the glued material does not change. By pressing the button operating the motor of the pump the pressing units clamp the lamellas by the adjusted force together. After the pressing motion has been finished the globular cock is locked and the grip of the button of the hydraulic aggregate is interrupted. The operation of the table is finished and the rotor can be turned in the next position. The rotation movement is manual. The operator holds the disk at the right side of the table and steps on the arrest treadle. Then the rotor is released. The disk is pulled and the rotor is rotated in the following position so that the arrest pawl fits by means of a spring in the slot and finishes the rotation. The rotor is stabilized in the new position and the operation on the next table can continue.

The operator holds the disk at the right side of the table and steps on the arrest treadle. Then the rotor is released. After the rotation has been finished, the arrest pawl fits automatically in the slot of the arrest disk and the operation on the next table can continue.

LISY-DVORÁK NL 2A glue applicator

The device consists of a box with two spreading cylinders and tanks for glue. The drip tank is placed underneath them. The cylinders can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material from 10 - 100 mm. The tanks can be easy taken out and adjusted with regard to the cylinders to the optimum distance that is necessary for the needed thickness of the gluing layer. The cylinders can be taken out without tools.
The driving unit is placed at the outer part of the side. The electric control of the driving gear is installed on the chain guard.

The device is completed with an inserting table, a drifting path and it is placed on a fixed or mobile carriage. The arrangement and the dimensions of the accessories and the width of the cylinders can be adapted to the customer's demands.

Note:
Deliver of glue applicators with one cylinder for gluing the lower side of the lamellas and accessories according to the customers' demand. The width of the cylinders can be also determined acccording to the needs. The device can be equipped with the accessories according to the assortment of the worked material.
