LISY-DVORÁK panelling presses

Stand press LH1 3000

The unit-construction press consists of necessary spring collets linked by two horizontal profiles. The spring collets are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, a pressing beam and a thrust bar. The spring collets are adapted for pressing a pile of balks of 750 mm height. The width of the pressing field, number and the pitch of the spring collets are given with regard to the manufactured assortment so that the necessary press power is reached. Every spring collet can be equipped with a closing cock and it makes it possible to press the balks in the arbitrary length limited only by the width of the machine.

The cross section of the balks can be 95, 125, 145 or 160 mm. A hand pump or an electric hydraulic aggregate ensures the necessary pressing power that is reached in both cases. The only difference is in the operating comfort.

Stand press LH1 6000

The unit construction press consists of necessary press cylinders linked by two horizontal tubes. The lower surface consists of an "H" shaped beam for the lower guideway of the face pressing units. These units travel and are hung up on the upper horizontal beam made of a rectangular thick-walled profile. The face thrust units are a weldment of profiles with an installed hydraulic cylinder. These units transmit the force by means of a lever system in the pressing beam. This beam presses from the face against the pressed material. The beam can be adjusted by means of an adjusting screw so that its position is horizontal to pressing level. The vertical pressing units have got at the top a set of rollers with bearings, that by means of eccentrics adjust the correct thrust during the motion in the extreme positions of the press.

Each hydraulic cylinder of the press contains a globular cock, that makes it possible to choose the width of the pressing section arbitrary according to the length of the pressing material. An accumulator is installed in each of both halfs of the press to adjust the decrease in pressure. Three main cocks control the machine, (left half of the press - right half of the press - face travelling thrust bars),situated in the operating site, away off the working parts of the machine.

The press consist of a welded frame, a thrust beam, an inserting bar, a pressing unit, a back stop, a revolving ruler, a cross cut saw, a hydraulic aggregate and a control unit. The press ram and the thrust beam are operated by hydraulic cylinders, the other working motions are operated by pneumatic cylinders.
The pressing cycle is controlled by a programmable automatic unit. The cycle starts by pressing the double-hand button "PRESSING" and stops automatically after finishing all operations.

The operator matches the lipped and with cogs provided dimension goods on the front part of the bench. Then the dimension goods are inserted step by step into the working part of the bench, bounded at the both longer sides by an inserting bar and a revolving ruler. The lipping is carried out by a glue applicator, that is a part of the machine. The end of the lamella is supported on a fixed or adjustable stop and the button "START" is pressed by both hands. The inserted material is shortened, the inserting bar inserts the dimension goods under the thrust beam up to the back stop. The lamella is locked before and during the pressing against buckling. From above by a thrust beam, lengthwise by an inserting bar and a back stop. The pressing in the longitudinal axis is carried out by means of a press ram that is pressed by the hydraulic cylinder on one end of the lamella while the other end is supported on a fixed or adjustable stop. After the pressing has been finished the lamella is slid out on the run-out table and the machine is positioned in the starting position.

Adjusting and cleaning are given in the instruction book, delivered with the machine.

LISY-DVORÁK NL 2A glue applicator

Technical data:

The device consists of a box with two spreading cylinders and tanks for glue. The drip tank is placed underneath them. The cylinders can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material from 10 - 100 mm. The tanks can be easy taken out and adjusted with regard to the cylinders to the optimum distance that is necessary for the needed thickness of the gluing layer. The cylinders can be taken out without tools.
The driving unit is placed at the outer part of the side. The electric control of the driving gear is installed on the chain guard.

The device is completed with an inserting table, a drifting path and it is placed on a fixed or mobile carriage. The arrangement and the dimensions of the accessories and the width of the cylinders can be adapted to the customer's demands.

Note:
Deliver of glue applicators with one cylinder for gluing the lower side of the lamellas and accessories according to the customers' demand. The width of the cylinders can be also determined acccording to the needs. The device can be equipped with the accessories according to the assortment of the worked material.
